Lasso tool?

Forgive me if I missed it - is there a lasso tool of some sort in VS? Affinity Designer has a great setup where if you hold down the alt key, you can drag a selection around nodes. is this in VS? if not, can it be?

@Boldline there is! Fourth icon from the top, usually starting out as rectangle select.
