(Win beta 1.0.021) Render as Image screen artefacts

I'm not fully sure what the option 'Render as Image' does, but I'm fairly sure it shouldn't do this (see screenshot below).
To repeat this:
- draw three rectangles
- Object > Rasterize
- Right click and select 'Render as Image'

@Jono Yes, it should not do that. Looks like a bug.
