Color Panel + Spectrum mismatch causes Hue shift

Was trying to pick a simple red and noticed that the hue was changing depending on which way I went in the spectrum with the dropper (also noticed that it is quite lagged).
It seems to be due to a selecting different color modes from the sliders and spectrum as that seemed to alleviate it. I just ran into the issue, so I'm not sure:
