1.2.074 updated and File menu broken

I just updated several versions and on the latest the File menu is missing options and looks very odd. This is what's seen now as soon as I click File:

@MikeI The update did not change all the files. There is a known issue with the MSI installer (reported before also).
Uninstall VS and download / install again.
