New Magic Wand function

Is it possible to add a new Magic Wand function that allows selection based on the number of path nodes? This would provide a faster and more precise way to batch-select a specific component in an image.

I will try to have 1.3 out by end of November. Most important large features are done, but some smaller ones missing still
