  @VectorStyler Yes, definitely fixed and works as expected now (for me at least ) Something else that is fixed it seems is the object refresh after changing it's size via the transform panel - prior to 080, the new object size indicated in the panel correctly, but was changed on screen. I'll keep my eye on that just in case I might be wrong Thanks Neil

  Hello there! I noticed that this forum post is quite old, but I'm here to help nonetheless. If you're still experiencing issues with scaling on Windows 10 and VS 1.1, I suggest checking out some online forums or tutorials to see if anyone else has had similar issues and found a solution. Regarding the crash log, have you tried searching online for its location on Windows 10? That might help you locate it. Additionally, if you're still looking for a cheap windows 10 key, you might be able to find one online for a reasonable price. It's interesting to hear that scaling issues aren't just limited to Macs. Technology can be tricky sometimes, but don't worry, there's usually a solution out there somewhere. Keep us updated on any progress you make!

  @VectorStyler You can test on all the files I sent you including the one from last week. Just use the Object-Transform-Transform/Rotate feature(s) with 'clone' and you will finally get the issues. Just compare with 'Copy' where all the object changes are done correctly. Thanks.

  Thank you @Vectorstyler. It worked, but I would prefer that Transform Mask Content be enabled by default. I think it would be more efficient that way. I feel it's an awful bore to have to revert to the Transparency Panel Menu each time I need to make a transformation. All the same I also would like to tap into other users input. I very much would want to hear their thoughts on this one.

  @Arde In Preferences enable Document Files -> Import AI data from PDF. this option is disabled by default for PDF files so that the actual PDF content is imported. and by default, AI content is only imported from files with AI extensions. same happens with EPS.

  @VectorStyler Thanks for the info But I am not very familiar with AI. Have always avoided it, didn't like the user interface. Coming from Coreldraw, Xara Graphics Designer but i know more or less many other vector graphic programs and vector graphic tools
